Coming (recently) out of a cozy 2 year retirement in Mexico, I am happy to jump back into Real Estate and this exciting Chandler Real Estate market. I have extensive knowledge in various fields of real estate, with a growing awareness in the South East Valley communities, and I will work tirelessly on your behalf to make your next home buying or home selling experience a pleasant and successful one.

With a wealth of experience (since 1975 with C-21) as a Residential, Income, and Vacation Property Investor / REALTOR®, and currently as a REALTOR® servicing all areas in Maricopa County, Arizona, such as Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Queen Creek, Mesa, and Scottsdale, I help both buyers and sellers meet their real estate objectives.

My commitment to training and current success, has just awarded me with a GRI Scholarship from the Arizona Association of Realtors (AAR). Along with my current certifications (e-Pro, sfr, srs, cdpe) noted below, I am on schedule for the honored Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation in mid April 2010. This is a specialized training that only 15% (+/-) of all agents achieve. It's an Elite Club!

The GRI & ABR designees are the best prepared and most knowledgeable Arizona real estate practitioners, and achieving this is MY personal commitment to continued education & to be among the best in the business.

Having achieved the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification and the Seller Representative Services (SRS) certification - Both having to do with extensive knowledge in helping homeowners (sellers) in normal & distressed valuation solutions, I am now receiving great satisfaction in helping sellers avoid foreclosure and helping direct them to the source of solutions.

For the buyers looking for homes or other real estate opportunities here in Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert or other surrounding communities in the South East Valley, I will work with you to find your ideal home. With my specialized Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) completed training (transactions to finish), I will be providing you with all of the necessary tools for finding & analyzing the right property. About that Cadillac...
My never ending love of collector cars over many years, drove me to the restoration and ownership of beautiful Cadillacs from Alaska to Mexico. I will be falling all over myself when-ever an "older" caddy drives by, and my RADAR is currently searching for what will be my next to drive and my next to restore and drive.
